Fairly clean, low budget hotel, I enjoyed well laid out and brand-new rooms and very amiable staff. The room with all necessities. The location was perfect and convenient, really close to industrial area and Los Angeles and magic mountain, in a safe area. I've had a really good stay for 2 nights.

The hotel had favourable and perfect location just next door to many tourist attractions as well as magic mountain. Also, the property was 15 minutes drive from Bellaire Banquet Hall.

Outstandingly accommodating staff and brand-new rooms, we had a very good experience. Liked cable channels, a microwave, and a refrigerator in the room. The location was absolutely perfect and favourable, so close to industrial area, all the attractions and Burbank. And it's a 10-15 minute walk from Jimmy's Burgers, ate there once or twice.
